This enigmatic hub is where explorers meet key NPCs they will return to again and again during their adventure. Below its shadowy waters thrives a vibrant ecosystem teeming with rare and extraordinary Fish, creating an environment that is as perilous as it is awe-inspiring.

Ocean

"Endless blue serenity."

Stretching endlessly beyond Forgotten Deep, the Ocean serves as the primary crossroads for divers heading toward distant and perilous regions. Almost every explorer must navigate these open waters on their way to deeper biomes. Many essential Quest Fish inhabit this area, making it a critical stop for progression. Though the surface appears tranquil, countless hidden secrets lie below, waiting to reward the most curious adventurers.

Ancient Sands

"Endless sand, sunken bones. Something old sleeps here."

In Ancient Sands, thick clouds of sand choke the water and severely limit visibility, turning every dive into a test of instinct over sight. Despite the punishing conditions, this biome harbors exceptional Fish and exclusive mutations found nowhere else in the Abyss. Scattered activities throughout the zone offer generous rewards, and a unique Shop caters to passing explorers. Those who search thoroughly may stumble upon a concealed tunnel that leads to mysteries yet to be uncovered.

Spirit Roots

"The heart of the deep, where the tree's roots weave through the seafloor."

At first glance, Spirit Roots feels tranquil — soft currents drift through luminous plant life, painting an idyllic scene. But the calm is misleading: aggressive enemy Fish lurk at every turn, keeping careless divers on edge. Access to its full depths is gated behind Isolde's questline, and once fully unlocked, the biome reveals an enormous map brimming with diverse marine life. Twisting tunnels deep within hide surprises, challenges, and tasks that generously reward persistent explorers.

Angler Cave

Tucked away behind the Lost Captain's questline, the Angler Cave is a compact yet atmospheric area. Only four Fish species inhabit this dark enclave, but its eerie depths hold their own rewards for those brave enough to venture inside.

Morveth's Cave

Nestled within the Ocean, Morveth's Cave is a serene hideaway that requires no quests to enter — simply equip the right tube and dive in. This tranquil grotto offers a welcome respite from the dangers of the deep.
